Natasha Rojkind

Natasha is a therapist with a unique blend of Mexican and NZ heritage with seven years experience as a therapist.

Her diverse background includes a year working at Ecatepec Women's Prison, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She then spent two and a half years specializing in addiction, working with clients who had co-occurring disorders, using abstinence and harm-reduction models. During this time, she utilized modalities like Seeking Safety (SS), Contingency Management (CM), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and CBT.

For the past four years, Natasha has been dedicated to family therapy, focusing on family violence, neglect, family reunification and mental health using Functional Family Therapy (FFT). She completed a four-year degree in Body Psychotherapy across Mexico and Australia and now has her own practice. She is excited to be one of two Certified Body Psychotherapists in New Zealand.

She brings her genuine curiosity, passion, and caring presence to the sessions. Her dog, Duke, adds his own special touch, gently placing his paw on your foot just when you need it most. He’s also happy to trade his therapeutic services for a carrot or broccoli stems.
