Dr Zelda Strydom is experienced in addictions and psychiatry. She's worked in a variety of mental health and addiction services for 20 years in the UK and NZ. She's held leadership positions at community drug and alcohol services in NZ, can provide assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with a range of addictions incl alcohol, prescription pills like benzodiazepines and more.

Zelda works as a medical officer in community mental health services, she's also available for assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders at Brown St Practice.

Zelda has a special interest in insomnia and trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard treatment for insomnia.
