Malcolm has over 25 years experience working with clients in mental health settings.

Malcolm has a Master of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Auckland, he also has a post graduate qualification in forensic psychiatry.

Malcolm has continued his professional development with qualifications and training in clinical supervision, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), schema therapy, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
