Kia ora and welcome, I’m Cathy.

I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space for us to develop a supportive therapeutic relationship; a space for you to be vulnerable, to assist you with making sense of your experiences, understanding yourself, and working towards making the change you may be wanting. I have worked with a diverse range of people from early adulthood onwards. My background as a psychologist has included working in the family violence, justice, education, and primary care sectors and private practice. I am registered with ACC for Sensitive Claims. I offer short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and what you are wanting to strengthen with your well-being.
